The Opportunity

We are looking for a self - motivated and independent marketer to be responsible for Aftersales marketing of passenger vehicles, representing marques for Mitsubishi, Kia & Citroen in Cycle & Carriage Singapore.

Reporting to the Manager, you will be in charge of planning and executing Aftersales marketing campaigns to drive up showroom traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business. You will also initiate customer-care events to build engagement and brand dedication for the brands.

Working closely with internal partners and creative agencies, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an excellent first-class aftersales experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all marketing campaigns and promotions in the marketing calendar to improve customer retention in the Aftersales service centers.
  • Align marketing objectives with Aftersales personnel, monitor events response rate and gather feedback of events to improve the aftersales businesses.
  • Partner agencies to put together campaign creatives and printing of collaterals in a timely manner ensuring quality is met.
  • Collaborate with internal departments on resolving matters relating to marketing campaigns billing as well as accurate data mining extraction of customer data for customer mailing initiatives.
  • Develop and support the digital marketing strategy to engage aftersales customers to increase retention.

 

Job Requirements

 

Requirements:

  • Recognized diploma / degree in Business Studies /Management or Marketing with at least 2 years of relevant experience. 
  • Past experience in an automotive or service centre environment will be a bonus.
  • A creative and confident communicator who is able to grasp marketing concepts and communicate them to the agencies.
  • Possess strong analytical skills to interpret bulk customer data into useful information for marketing purposes.
  • Self motivated and meticulous to see through the progress of tasks on a multi-tasking front.
  • Incumbents with more years of experience may be considered as Senior Executive
