The Opportunity

You will be part of a team in championing L&D activities and be responsible for seamless L&D operations to support the entire learning experience. The key responsibilities will include
  • researching and identifying appropriate learning partners;
  • providing support in crafting and contextualizing learning content that are business relevant and creative;
  • handling and administering learning application approvals, sponsorships and bond-related matters; 
  • Stay current on learning trends and methodologies covering generic employability, functional (service / sales / new-economy) or management / leadership development programmes;
  • Administering and tracking the on-boarding and completion rates for in-house Code of Conduct / Ethics programme
  • providing logistical support for all programmes;
  • being assigned as the main liaison for internship applications and allocations;
  • playing an active role in learning communications for assigned social media platforms

Ideally, you are familiar with micro-learning / bite-sized learning methodology and has a keen interest to move towards user-generated content authoring concept. You are comfortable with learning technology tools and applications, in and able to operate with nimbleness while keeping to structure.

Working in an upbeat and dynamic team, you aspire to develop your L&D expertise with a forward-looking organization. You are expected to operate with compliance and integrity, and enjoy understanding about the business to broaden your functional working knowledge. Apart from providing timely services to our internal customers, you will partake in HR projects that will benefit to our journey of being Best Place to Work.

Job Requirements

Do you have the following requirements?

  • Preferred that you have a Degree in Business / Human Resources with at least 3 years of HR experience, preferably with L&D;
  • You subscribe to the mind-set of continuous learning and is keenly aware of the latest trends on HR, L&D or Employee Engagement;
  • You have the perseverance to see things through and conviction to stay on course towards enabling the company to be a Learning Organisation;
  • You have initiative and are highly-motivated, possess good social and communication skills;
  • You embrace change, are able to operate with discipline and rigour, are highly adaptable to changing business environment and thrive in a collaborative environment.
