This is an exciting new role that goes beyond the traditional brick-and-mortar automotive retail. Cycle & Carriage will be partnering with aride-sharing technology company and you will be in the Sales and Marketing department enabling the business operations.


We are hiring for Operations professionals of different experience levels and would welcome early career starters to experienced professionals with strong operational experience.


About the Opportunity

  • Responsible for collecting and monitoring telematics data
  • Be the main liaison point with customers (drivers)
  • Responsible for coordination of aftersales and maintenance of fleet vehicles
  • Manage collection, repossession and relocation of vehicles throughout the duration
  • Regular update of vehicles in fleet management system and take necessary action to manage customers / alternative solutions
  • Provide aftersales services to customers after onboarding of customers
  • Ensure documentation and information of customers and fleet vehicles are collected and updated promptly
  • Ensure all vehicles are insured and revenue collected on a timely manner
  • Harmonize expectations on vehicle condition with partner (minimal disputes)
  • Provide technical advice to driver with regards to vehicle functionality and familiarization.
  • Follow up and rectify on customers’ complaints/feedback.

Job Requirements

Do you have the following requirements?

  • Diploma in any discipline with at least 3 years’ experience, preferably in the automotive industry / fleet management
  • Diligent, disciplined and thorough with good proficiency in productivity and cloud-based tools
  • Prior experience supporting operations in e-commerce / tech-services (consumer) is a huge plus;
  • Dynamic, Resourceful, self-initiated, track record of getting things done / make things happen
  • Operational excellence with strong work ethics and sense of accountability in a start-up environment / approach (all hands on deck)
  • Valid Class 3 license (must)
  • Able to commit on a 5.5 days work week on rotational basis
  • Able to work independently
